Before Sejna, our partners launched products in Jakarta, Bangkok, Manila and Ho Chi Minh City. Each launch meant a new banking partner, a new licence, a new support team and a new language.
We started Sejna because AI has changed that. Work that once needed people in every market, such as translation, KYC review, reconciliation, customs paperwork and customer support, can now be handled by software. Companies built that way can serve ten markets with the cost base of one.
The name Sejna reflects what we look for: things that work together across differences. We invest at pre-seed to Series A, write first cheques of US$500K to US$3M and support our companies well beyond the first round.
